It is March, we had a few fantastic days and then snow again. Spring is nearly here and I am going to have a few glycolic peels done to refresh myself. It is an easy process that rejuvinates the skin and evens out the skin tone. I always find it makes me feel like a new person, follow it with a snazzy haircut and yes,,you are ready for spring.
I am also starting latisse, everyone in the office is already using it and their eyelashes are nice and thick and long. It's time I had those,,,so here I go addding another line to my evening routine, it takes two minutes and 4-6 weeks later I should be batting those lashes ,,,ha ha.
We have set the date for our next VIP night - 20 April,,,so mark your diaries !! Invites will be in the mail soon.

The Vampire Face Lift
This is amazing,,oh my god,,i cannot believe it . It is exactly what i said its the vampire face lift,,technically called the Selphyl. Tips on Beautiful skin
Every night, cleanse your face and pat on some Alyria Multi Action Night Serum, add some eye serum on the sides of your eyes and some anti dark circle serum under the eyes..the results are amazing. Where has this month gone ??
Oh wow, where has this month gone. I promised I would be writing more often but it has been a crazy busy month. We have started selling Latisse , and what results !! The staff are all using it and it is amazing. We have been using it for 3-4 weeks and can see the results, there is no need to wear mascara, the lashes are thick and dark. Use it twice a day for 2-3 months and then you can start using it once or twice a week to keep it maintained.
We also have Dr Wang who has joined us, she is an amazing Doctor and we are so busy as everyone wants to have the fillers and botox done to look fab! Happy New Year
Okay ,,so I am back after a restful Christmas and celebrations over the new year...which have extended my waistline somewhat ! I am joining the fantastic cosmetic weight loss program. I have six weeks with Natalie, she is the nurse at Dr Takhar's Cosmetic Clinic and is amazing. I see her three times a week for my B6 & B12 injections and she assesses my progress. I have been on this for one week and have lost 4 pounds,,not bad to start with,,,I will track my progress on the blog so I cannot cheat. I have been given recipies, measuring scales, weighing scales, a pedometer and even some pita breads which are a life saver if you are on a diet. Its actually going well so far and I do not feel starved like i have done in the past with other diets. I am eating normal foods so I can shop in Zehrs,,and do not need to order food on line and go to any special shops. My family is not affected as i am cooking the same food as normal but just changing my plate so i can follow the diet. I hope to lose 15-20 Ibs in six weeks and i am right on track. The staff are easy to deal with, no one judges me, and they all understand that i only want to lose a small amount of weight,,,i get support. I know I look fine, but i want to be a bit slimmer and get back to the shape i was before the over indulgences of Christmas and new year,,,,come on we all did it,,,didn't you ?
I researched all the other weight loss clinics that i could go to and frankly the service was not what i expected...i am sure they are good when you start but i did not feel comfortable ,,,Dr Takhar;s cosmetic clinic is the best !! Try it out for yourself and judge it yourself,,,that is the best way to do anything,,i always find reviews are good and informative but the real deal is when you walk in somewhere and feel comfortable, cared for and dealt with in a professional manner by nurses and doctors only,,,the are the only ones i trust my health with.
